What the membership is
The membership is what you pay to use SmartCookie. There are no plans with more or fewer features: everything is included. You only choose how often you pay:
Paying yearly saves you €45.60 a year. The membership renews on its own at the end of each month or year, until you cancel it.
How the free trial works
- It lasts 14 days from when you create your account.
- We don’t ask for a card to start.
- You can use every SmartCookie feature.
- While it lasts, you’ll see a bar at the top with the time you have left. Click it to go to your Subscription.

How to subscribe
In Subscription, choose Pay monthly or Pay yearly and click Upgrade to premium (the button to start your membership). You pay on a secure Stripe page, the service that charges the membership. The first payment is charged on the day you subscribe. It has nothing to do with what you charge your students: your membership and their payments are separate. You can also reach Subscription from your profile photo (or your initials) at the top right: click Profile, then Subscription in the menu on the left.What happens when the trial ends
If you haven’t subscribed, SmartCookie locks. You’ll see the message “Your free trial has ended” and the Subscribe now button. Your data isn’t deleted: when you subscribe, you pick up right where you left off. Your students aren’t affected. They can still log in to their portal, book sessions and pay your bills.Refunds
- If SmartCookie isn’t for you, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. It isn’t automatic: ask for it as the Refund Policy explains.
- Renewals aren’t refunded. To avoid the next one, cancel before the renewal date: Change or cancel your membership.
What you can’t do
- There’s no free plan. When the trial ends, you need the membership to keep using SmartCookie.
